Cancellation Policy

At Q Aesthetics, we value your time and aim to keep appointments running smoothly for all patients. We also want to manage our diary fairly, helping to prevent you waiting too long for your appointment.

• A £30 booking fee is required to secure your consultation. This is redeemable against your first treatment.
• We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, however we would ask that yougive us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Q Aesthetics cancels the appointment.
